Are you a high-energy sales motivator who thrives on seeing your team hit their targets? My client is a leading global provider of innovative, direct-to-consumer life insurance products, and they are looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive a high-performing team in their Sydney office.
This isn’t just a "management" role; it is a hands-on coaching and development position. You will be the engine room of our sales floor, responsible for turning potential into performance through active mentorship, live coaching, and a relentless focus on KPIs.

Your Mission
As the Sales Team Leader, you will lead a squad of 10-12 Sales Agents to exceed their targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your day-to-day will include:
Active Coaching: Conducting impactful 1-on-1 sessions and delivering real-time feedback on the floor to elevate sales techniques.
Performance Tracking: Managing weekly and monthly trackers and dashboards to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Team Engagement: Running high-energy sessions and team meetings to keep spirits high and focus sharp.
Compliance & Excellence: Ensuring all sales activities meet the highest standards of quality and industry regulation.
What They're Looking For
Sales Leadership: Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within Life Insurance or Financial Services (open to top-tier leaders from other fast-paced sales industries).
Coaching Mindset: You are passionate about development and have a toolkit of strategies to help underperformers improve and top performers soar.
KPI Driven: You have a "results-driven" mindset and are comfortable holding a team accountable to clear metrics.
Energy & Resilience: You thrive in a fast paced environment and can maintain a positive, supportive leadership style even during high-pressure periods.
