The Role
This isn't just a management position; it is an empire building role. You will oversee a team of 5 across sales and installations, balancing high level commercial strategy with daily operational processes.
- Scale the business; Lead the evolution from a $1.5M operation to a high growth $5M plus model.
- Operational Control; Implement robust end to end processes to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Network; Drive revenue by leveraging and expanding networks within the commercial and residential builders.
- Team Leadership; Mentor and manage a team of 5 across sales and installers.
- P&L Ownership; Manage margins, labour costs and overall financial health of the Sydney hub.
About You
We are looking for a business builder who is ready to move off the tools and into a strategic leadership role.
- Process Orientated; You thrive on creating order and repeatable, scale-able systems.
- Commercially Savvy; You understand the numbers and how to drive profitability.
- Industry Rooted; You speak the language of builders and installers.
- Trade Background; Carpentry or roofing background desirable but not essential.
This role gives you the autonomy and freedom to run the business with the support of a national franchise brand. Direct path to higher seniority and financial incentives as you scale the industry. Lead a market leading production a high demand sector.
