This is a hybrid/remote role based in Sydney, offering the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of distribution and e-commerce platforms.
The Role
Your primary mission is to ensure smooth sales operations and strong in-market execution. By managing the "day-to-day" of stock visibility, pricing integrity, and promotional execution, you enable the sales team to focus on strategic growth and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail & Amazon Management: Lead marketplace execution, including SKU setup, pricing accuracy, and tracking sell-in/sell-through performance to support forecasting.
Commercial Coordination: Manage new product setups across internal systems and maintain accurate price lists and promotional tracking.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock on hand (SOH), transit times, and replenishment schedules across all channels.
- DTC Support: Oversee the online store’s promotional mechanics, including coupons, bundles, and ROI analysis of marketing spend.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, providing clear visibility of trends and performance across the business.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
About You
You are a proactive, delivery-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You take pride in data accuracy and possess the communication skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Coordination, or Commercial Support roles.
Previous exposure to Retail or Amazon account support is highly regarded.
Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
High attention to detail and a structured approach to complex tasks.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar CRM/Analytics tools is an advantage.
