They are currently seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to contribute to their sales organisation's revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Position Overview:
The company is seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The SDR will be the first line of communication with potential and current customers. This crucial role involves finding and screening potential customers who could benefit from the products and services offered , and setting up the Account Executives for success.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through cold calls and emails.
- Identify customer needs and determine if they require customer care or sales assistance.
- Set up meetings or calls between customers and Account Executives.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's new products/services and pricing plans.
- Utilise Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads and starting new relationships.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
