Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and gain new business opportunities, as well as capitalise on opportunities for growth with current customers.
- Take a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs by providing guidance and recommending suitable product solutions within the industrial/trades space.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and maximise their purchasing experience.
- Manage incoming leads, handle data entry, and facilitate workflow distribution through the company’s operating system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:
- A proven sales professional with experience in the trades or industrial sector, or relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Highly driven, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities without compromising service quality, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently.
