The Role As the Brand Sales Manager, you will take strategic command of a national portfolio with an annual turnover of $3M. Your mission is to scale this to $4M+ within your first year. This is a high-impact "hunter" role requiring a sophisticated approach to new business development, account expansion, and the reactivation of dormant clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Execute a national sales strategy to drive $1M+ in new business and account upselling.
Tier 1 Engagement: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with blue-chip corporations, government agencies, and Tier 1 banks.
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead complex, long-cycle project tenders from initial specification through to final handover.
ESG Consultation: Position the brand’s ESG credentials as a primary differentiator to meet modern sustainability and procurement requirements.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in commercial building materials and fit-outs to identify untapped opportunities.
Portfolio Management: Conduct regular reviews of dormant and active accounts to ensure maximum market penetration.
Requirements & Qualifications
Tier 1 Network: A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders within high-profile corporate and government sectors.
Growth Mindset: A dedicated "hunter" profile with documented success in achieving high-value revenue targets.
Sector Expertise: Deep commercial knowledge of fit-out or commercial building materials.
Project Mastery: Experience managing the intricacies of long-lead commercial projects and complex procurement cycles.
ESG Literacy: A strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria is a significant advantage.
