What You Will Do:

• Lead Strategic Engagement: Act as a primary advisor to divisional leaders, building alignment and commitment to SAC initiatives while managing complex stakeholder risks.

• Drive Program Delivery: Oversee the planning and coordination of SAC rollout activities across multiple workstreams to ensure milestones are met within broader transformation goals.

• Manage Integration: Coordinate interdependencies between finance, data, and technology teams, ensuring a seamless and integrated delivery of analytics capabilities.

• Champion Change & Adoption: Implement change strategies and business readiness activities, such as training and communications, to embed new tools into the organisational culture.

• Ensure Governance & Reporting: Prepare high-quality executive briefings and maintain program documentation to meet financial and data governance requirements.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Strategic Leadership Expertise: Proven experience providing program leadership for enterprise-level software rollouts, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.

• Stakeholder Management Skills: A demonstrated ability to negotiate with senior executives and manage complex issues in a large-scale operating environment.

• Transformation Knowledge: Experience in ERP modernisation and finance transformation, with a deep understanding of how to translate strategic objectives into deliverables.

• Change Management Proficiency: Background in leading business adoption frameworks, including benefits realisation and user feedback loops.

• High-Level Communication: Exceptional skills in preparing executive-level submissions and managing governance, assurance, and audit requirements.
