      Calling all payroll administrators south of Adelaide - We currently have opportunities for experienced payroll officers from Edwardstown to Victor Harbor to start immediately. The key elements of this role include the provision of operational payroll support to the company, this role will liaise with employees at all levels. Responsibilities:Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with Australian federal and state laws.Assist with payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations, including end of month and end of year reporting requirements.Review payroll reports and timesheets for correctness before payroll transactions.Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, and benefits for employees.Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.Provide standard and regular reporting requirements to the business.Maintain employee payroll records and timesheet data for future references.Ad-hoc administrative support as required - customer and project support Candidates must have:List of current clearances such as National Police Check / NDIS / WWCC (please note clearly on top of CV)Strong Excel skillsA strong work ethicAbility to work under pressure and to work autonomouslyPrevious Payroll experience Experience working with multiple payrolls and companies with varying employment provisions.Experience in Modern Award and Legislative interpretation Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for phone screening.
