We are urgently seeking an experienced and capable Residential Manager to lead our Aged Care home in Dalmeny on an initial 3-month contract. This is a critical leadership position with an immediate start available and a strong possibility of the contract being extended beyond the initial term.

- Immediate Impact: Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational management.
- Flexibility: Immediate start is preferred to ensure a smooth handover, though a January start will be considered.
- Salary and Benefits: We are offering a salary of $160k - $170k (TRP) depending on your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Residential Aged Care home.
- Ensure strict compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
- Provide strong leadership and support to clinical and care staff.
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Foster a positive culture for both staff and residents.
About You
To succeed in this environment, you must be an experienced leader ready to step in and manage effectively from day one.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Aged Care management
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive operational success.
- Agility: The ability to adapt quickly and make informed decisions in a busy environment.
