The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive specialist to provide Advanced Support for Identity Services , primarily focused on Microsoft technologies like Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID. This role also includes general support across several other technologies and is critical for maintaining business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Key Duties

• Provide day-to-day operational support for existing identity solutions (AD, Entra, eDirectory).

• Deliver outcomes in accordance with agreements made between the Information Technology Branch and the rest of the business.

• Identify, analyse, and record, document and manage complex change/incidents/problems in accordance with established ITIL standards and procedures.

• The role may have quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain.

• Other duties as required.

What You'll Bring

• Proven ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a team-based environment.

• Expertise in Microsoft Identity Services (Active Directory and Entra ID).

• Strong understanding and application of ITIL standards for managing change and incidents.

• Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.

• Windows and Linux OS skills and experience are desirable.
