Are you an experienced Release Coordinator looking for a long-term contract within a complex program environment? We are seeking two dedicated professionals to join a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of critical releases. What You Will Do:- Develop and maintain integrated release schedules aligned with project timelines, delivery cycles, and business constraints.
- Coordinate environment usage across Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments, managing bookings and data refreshes.
- Lead deployment and cutover activities, including the creation of runbooks, rollback strategies, and coordinating after-hours execution.
- Manage change records and governance controls, supporting CAB submissions and ensuring all quality approvals are met prior to release.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and scheduling conflicts to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating releases, deployments, or environment management in large, complex organisational environments.
- Strong working knowledge of change control and service management practices (e.g. ITIL), including formal governance and approval processes.
- Proven ability to manage environment readiness and support testing cycles, including SIT/UAT entry/exit criteria and defect management.
- Expertise in developing technical documentation such as runbooks, cutover plans, and readiness checklists under time-constrained conditions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate collaboration across technical, project, and business teams.
