Key Responsibilities:
Delivering compassionate, individualized, and high-quality care to residents.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on the changing health and well-being of residents.
Implementing and updating comprehensive care plans.
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience as an Aged Care RN.
Current AHPRA registration.
Full compliance in line with Department of Health guidelines (Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
