You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s people strategy, focusing on best practices in recruitment, talent management, and the employee life cycle. Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Strategic Recruitment Lead, your duties will include:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment process, including drafting advertisements, posting openings, and facilitating communication with hiring managers.
- Employee Life Cycle: Overseeing administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all employee records are compliant and accurate.
- Benefits Administration: Acting as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, including health insurance, parental leave, and wellness initiatives.
- Workplace Pathways: Coordinating student internship programs and maintaining relationships with educational institutions.
- HR Systems: Optimising the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining HR databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- Agency Management: Overseeing agency staff processes, including reference checks and smooth transitions.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong proficiency in using ATS platforms.
- HR Administration: Skilled in managing the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding) and maintaining confidential records.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR best practices, current legislation, and HRIS systems.
- Communication & Relationships: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organisation.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Qualifications: A Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field, paired with 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
