The main accountability areas for this position are:
● Contributes to client account teams on Professional Talent Solutions. Develops a general
understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus
● Creates sales presentations using market trends and case studies in the areas of engineering,
IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing & communications
● Provides responses to senior colleagues on clients' inquiries, ensures client satisfaction and
contributes to client retention
● Handles client and candidate data in compliance with data protection regulations
● Prepares performance and status reports for clients, summarizing key recruitment activities,
progress, and candidate submissions for recruitment of management and specialist positions
● Helps resolve client complaints or issues, ensuring client satisfaction is restored - typically
behind the scenes or when non-complex directly with hiring managers
