This desk has significant untapped potential and is heavily sales-focused to capitalize on the region’s strong transport and logistics markets. You will take ownership of growing your own profitable desk, placing candidates in both temporary and permanent roles. You will report directly to the State Manager – Industrial.

- Sales & Client Management (Heavily Sales Focused): Run comprehensive BD strategies, including cold calling, door knocking, and targeted campaigns to identify and convert new business.
- Client Relationships: Develop client relationships through regular onsite client visits, conducting market insights, and providing salary benchmarks.
- Recruitment & Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume operational roles, primarily in Blue Collar Industrial and Transport.
- Specialist Focus: Place candidates such as Forklift Drivers, Machine Operators, Warehouse Employees, and specialty Transport roles.
- Compliance: Manage administration, rostering, compliance, and reporting.
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment, demonstrating consistent sales achievements.
- Experience or deep familiarity with the Blue Collar Industrial, Logistics, or Transport sectors is highly valued.
- A friendly, sales-driven, and conscientious approach to building and maintaining a client base.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Eagerness to take ownership of a desk and build it to a high-volume capacity.
- Competitive Remuneration: Base salary + superannuation, with an individual commission structure.
- Growth Opportunities: Work on a desk with significant growth potential, supported by local SME Managers.
- Location: Be based in our local Loganholme office (Tenancy 4, 36 Bryants Road, Loganholme QLD 4129).
