My construction services client based in Norwood has a fantastic permanent, part time opportunity for an experienced Receptionist. Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills along with the willingness to be adaptable to office needs. This role will be worked over 3 days a week: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Your Responsibilities Include:

- Greeting visitors and clients when they arrive at reception
- Answering calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Administration duties performed at reception
- Maintaiing the reception and kitchen areas
- Assisting with ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Assisting with catering orders for meetings when needed
- Ad hoc duties as required by management
Ideally you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience
- The willingess to learn with great attention to detail
- Some administration experience from a similar role
- The ability to be adaptable and prioritise effectively when needed
- The willingness to be a team player and also work effectively on your own
- An interest in the construction industry.
