As an Administration Assistant, you will be the heart of the office, providing high-quality support to the service and its clients. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with team members and clients to work effectively towards common goals. Responsibilities:
... Take and triage all inquiries, directing them appropriately and communicating with warmth to all stakeholders.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to service requests, supporting the Home Care and Retirement Living Managers.
Build strong, values-driven relationships with clients, potential clients, and staff.
Handle essential administrative tasks including document management, filing, archiving, and mail distribution with precision.
Identify areas for improvement and initiate solutions to achieve successful outcomes for our community.
Maintain contractor database information and ensure all work meets home care and retirement living requirements.
Contribute your ideas to the team to help us constantly improve the way we serve our clients.
What You Bring to the Team:
A strong background in customer service and administration is essential.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanour.
You must maintain a valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
