A leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is currently seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and highly student-focused Receptionist for an immediate start to join their team located in Albion. This is a permanent, full-time office-based position for someone ready to take true responsibility and ownership of the front-facing engine room of our institute.

About the Role
As the Receptionist, you will be the face, voice, and heart of our campus, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a premium, supportive student experience. You will take total ownership of the front desk, welcoming a diverse range of students and visitors while actively driving their mission to remain a fully paperless RTO. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Student-Centric Care: Greet all students, clients, and guests with a warm, empathetic, and professional manner, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they walk in.
- First-Class Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the campus, managing a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails with clarity, warmth, and accuracy.
- Team & Staff Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, assessors, and management, facilitating seamless internal communication to support student success.
- Digital Student Administration: Utilise modern student management systems to assist with registrations, attendance, and student enquiries.
- Tech-Driven Operations: Manage digital documentation and workflows to support their paperless environment.
About You
We are looking for an eager-to-learn professional with a genuine passion for customer service and a tech-first approach to administration. To be successful, you will possess:
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to converse confidently over the phone and build rapport with students, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Essential experience using modern database systems, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in aXcelerate.
- Digital Literacy: A passion for technology is a must-have; you must be highly comfortable navigating a completely paperless workplace.
- Industry Background: Prior experience working within an RTO environment is highly desirable, though a strong aptitude for student services is key.
