About the Role
As the first point of contact on reception, you’ll be the face of the organisation, ensuring every visitor and call receives a professional and welcoming experience. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome visitors and manage meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and the overall reception environment
- Operate the busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Assist with mail room tasks, general administration, and ad-hoc team support
- Provide a friendly, professional experience for guests and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in reception, call centre, contact centre, or administration roles
- Friendly and approachable personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
