Contract Opportunity: Aged Care Quality Specialist/RN - Sunshine coast
The Opportunity
Randstad has an exciting, immediate requirement for a highly experienced Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, or Quality Specialist to undertake a high-impact, 4-week contract on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
This is a fantastic travel opportunity for a specialist looking to step away from the everyday and focus purely on clinical governance and quality improvement in a stunning location.
The Role (Quality & Governance coordinator/Specialist)
This senior role focuses on ensuring compliance and driving clinical excellence within an Aged Care setting in the Noosa area.
Key Requirements:
...Expert Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of the Aged Care Act and the new Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
Clinical Experience: RN qualification with a minimum of 5 years substantial experience in Aged Care.
Governance & Audit: Proven ability in managing quality systems, internal audits, continuous improvement (CI), risk, and incident management.
Complex Care: Demonstrable contemporary clinical care practice that supports high-quality outcomes for people with complex needs.
Leadership: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor clinical teams.
Contract Benefits:
Location: Based in the beautiful sunshine coast, QLD area.
Travel Opportunity: Accommodation is provided for the duration of the contract.
Start Date: ASAP (Immediate start required).
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks.
Pay: Excellent, highly competitive pay rates reflective of experience and specialist knowledge.
Travel Requirement: Must have own vehicle for occasional travel to a nearby second site (fuel reimbursed).
