What You'll Deliver:
- Drive sustainable improvements via client-focused quality assurance
- Design and conduct auditing and investigations
- Facilitate an increase in the application of quality assurance
- Implement and administer Quality Assurance resources
- Prepare, problem solve and provide relevant data
Key Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a similar role
- Ability to understand foundational skills in Quality Management (eg. ISO9000 family)
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, including auditing, risk and compliance management methodologies
- Experience in the practical application of Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Understanding and demonstrated application of change management methodologiesDemonstrated ability to work within deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong understanding and experience with data modelling techniques
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point
