The Role This role will see you in a leadership position providing purpose and guidance to ensure that the delivery team remains high performing and collaborative. You will make key decisions both strategic and tactical ensuring the projects success as well as utilise your previous experience with mergers/separations and plan and drive cohesion across the delivery while resolving any conflicts. You will ensure alignment with project outcomes and targets by creating a clear roadmap you’re your previously conducted impact assessments, risk and issue and change activities. You will be expected to drive project credibility and influence stakeholders by building a culture of trust and authenticity.
