- The Accounts Officer – Billing & Revenue supports the end-to-end process from meter reading to customer billing and sundry billing. You will use sound judgement to ensure customers receive accurate and timely meter reads and bills in accordance with strict regulations and policies. Key Accountabilities Billing & Metering Support: Investigate and verify "out of tolerance" (high/low/duplicate) meter readings and action unrecorded meter changes daily.
