About the role:
Our team is currently accepting expressions of interest applications for temporary full-time customer service call centre operators. In this role you will be responsible for taking inbound calls whilst providing exceptional first point of contact for Queenslanders affected by disaster events during Queensland's storm season.
- Job: Full-time Call Centre Representative (Contract).
- Where: Northside of Brisbane.
- What you do: Answer a very high volume of inbound calls from Queenslanders needing help after a disaster (like a storm). You are the first, crucial point of contact.
- Hours: You must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a rotating roster, and available to start ASAP.
- Experience: Previous call centre work
- Skills: Good with computers, excellent attention to detail, and proven ability to manage difficult or emotional calls.
- Checks: A valid Police Check (from the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
- Successful applicants must be able to pass skills testing (administered by Randstad)
- Must be willing to work a 24/7 roster (on-site)
- Must be available for an immediate start (1-2 days notice)
