Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight: Manage all operational aspects of the assigned properties, including maintenance, vendor contracts, and site inspections.
Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, manage monthly reporting, and oversee rent collection and CAM reconciliations.
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring high retention rates through responsive service and effective communication.
Lease Administration: Ensure full compliance with lease terms and manage renewals and expansions in coordination with leasing teams.
Sustainability & Compliance: Implement ESG initiatives and ensure all properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
We are looking for someone who is as analytical as they are personable. To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience: 3–5+ years in commercial property management (Office, Industrial, or Retail).
Licensing: Relevant state real estate license (or the ability to obtain one).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or Angus AnyWhere).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can navigate a boardroom and a boiler room with equal ease.
Organisation: The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
