Hours: Mon–Fri, 7.5hr shifts (Rotating between 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM)
Contract: Starting 23rd March (Strong potential for extension)

They are currently looking for dedicated professionals to join their team in Hurstville during a high-impact period.
The Role
As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers affected by recent weather events across Australia. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires a delicate balance of administrative precision and genuine human connection.
Working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster (7:15 AM – 5:30 PM), you will manage claims from end-to-end, ensuring that every customer feels supported while their claim moves efficiently through the system.
Key Responsibilities - Call Centre - End to end Claims Management
Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, providing a compassionate and professional experience for customers during a difficult time.
Information Management: Accurately gather and document claim details, ensuring all data is entered into the correct channels to facilitate a seamless process.
Compliance: Ensure all claim handling aligns with policy regulations and internal quality standards.
Efficiency: Manage high-volume inbound inquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be a resilient communicator who thrives in structured environments. We are looking for:
Experience: A proven background in inbound customer service, ideally within Financial Services or Insurance.
Claims Knowledge: Prior experience in claims handling is highly regarded.
Technical Proficiency: You are "tech-savvy" and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining a conversation.
Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
