About the Opportunity
If you’re eager to join a mid-tier builder that is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely values your unique skill set, we want to hear from you.
Our client is a leader in the industry, known for an experienced team that handles everything from high-detail maintenance to large-scale industrial Design & Construct projects. They are currently looking for a Project Supervisor to join their team, taking ownership of a specific region and managing projects up to $500K.
The Role
This isn't just about site management; it's about regional ownership. You will be the primary point of contact for your area, bridging the gap between quoting and completion. You will lead subcontractors and trades while nurturing the relationships that keep the business moving.

What Makes You Ideal for This Role?
The Relationship Factor: You excel at building rapport with Facility Managers, Architects, and Government bodies. You understand that "building" is as much about people as it is about materials.
Commercial Mindset: You take pride in delivering quality work while staying strictly within budgetary requirements.
Safety First: You have a genuine passion for site safety, from conducting thorough inductions to reviewing SWMS and maintaining a pristine work environment.
Hands-on Leadership: You have a trade background, aren't afraid to "roll up your sleeves" when needed, and have the natural ability to lead teams and people.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with computer technology and construction software packages (or have the drive to learn).
What Will Make Your Application Stand Out?
Proven Supervision: You have solid experience supervising construction or maintenance sites (and a current White Card).
Commitment to the Craft: You can demonstrate a track record in the maintenance and refurbishment space.
The Right Attitude: You’re motivated to win and grow the region, but you don't take yourself too seriously.
Breadth of Knowledge: You understand the "ins and outs" of various construction phases and trade requirements.
