Title: Project Officer - Senior Response Hotline Operations
Client: State Government Client
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $65.00ph
Location: Fremantle
Dates & Duration: Peak season runs from November - April.
Start & Finish Times: 8:00am - 4:00pm - Mon-Fri
Requirements: Applicants need to be available at short notice and flexible to work short to medium contract lengths depending on disaster response requirements.
Primary Tasks:
- The Disaster Response Hotline plays a vital role in helping people impacted by disasters seeking information and access to services provided by the Emergency Relief Services team.
- People management of a team of DRH Operators, including rostering.
- Coordinate daily operations and reporting for service delivery continuity and performance.
- Collaborate with the Incident Management Team and Strategy Capability teams in development of scripts and referral strategies.
- Handle complex or escalated calls
- Provide quality assurance of calls and CRM system use.
- Identify potential areas for process improvement.
Key Skills/Experience
- People management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of call centre operational systems, desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong coordination and time management.
- Problem-solving and project reporting capabilities.
- Empathy and cultural awareness.
