We are seeking a skilled professional to support the planning, delivery, and stabilisation of critical human resources systems and broader transformation initiatives. In this role, you will apply rigorous project management discipline to optimise system performance, establish robust governance, and restore trust across key data and compliance outcomes. What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery, and governance of assigned transformation projects, ensuring scopes, schedules, and dependencies are actively managed.

• Partner closely with key business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to define roles, timelines, resources, and performance metrics.

• Maintain essential project delivery artefacts including comprehensive project plans, milestones, decision logs, and executive-ready status reports.

• Coordinate system interdependencies and track workstream accountabilities to ensure seamless design, hand-offs, and implementation readiness.

• Establish fit-for-purpose governance structures by preparing papers, running working groups, and managing risks, actions, and trade-offs.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex enterprise transformations or human resource system initiatives.

• Workday experience is essential

• Strong project delivery capability with proven expertise in planning, RAID management, stakeholder coordination, and phased rollout execution.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing outcomes and preparing executive-ready documentation.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to identify delivery risks early and escalate them appropriately.

• Tertiary qualification in business, HR, project management, or a related discipline, alongside highly desirable experience with Workday systems.
