We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive a critical internal program of work. This role offers the opportunity to lead a coordinated suite of initiatives, including a Microsoft Business Central implementation and significant HRIS and procurement uplifts. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy maintaining momentum across complex, parallel workstreams, this is the perfect role for you.
What You Will Do:
- Provide day-to-day management of Project Diamond activities across three parallel workstreams.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and business owners, to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Prepare high-quality briefings, status updates, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Escalate critical issues and support the Executive Sponsor in making informed, data-driven decisions.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, multi-stream programs of work.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Business Central implementations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong capability in HR Information System (HRIS) uplifts and procurement governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse business owners and vendors.
- Expertise in risk management and the ability to maintain project momentum under tight deadlines.
