Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for driving digital change? We are seeking a versatile MS365 Project Manager to lead a high-profile SharePoint Transformation Program. This 6-month contract offers the opportunity to transition a complex information landscape into a unified, user-friendly ecosystem. Combining project discipline with change management expertise, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring technical delivery translates into sustained organisational adoption and improved collaboration.
What You Will Do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of all MS365 and SharePoint workstreams, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
Manage the human side of change by coaching leaders and super users to embed new practices and ensuring high levels of user adoption.
Oversee external implementation partners, reviewing deliverables for quality and ensuring technical expertise aligns with organisational readiness.
Maintain rigorous project governance, including RAID management, risk controls, and regular reporting on progress and outcomes.
Facilitate seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and development resources to drive requirements and maintain scope control.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven IT Project Management experience, specifically delivering digital transformation projects and business application implementations.
Technical expertise in modern SharePoint, Teams, and MS365 services, with the ability to engage deeply with development teams.
Proficiency in multiple methodologies, with practical experience applying both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall approaches.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or Business, ideally supported by PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
