They are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and energetic Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of diverse Industrial New Builds valued up to and exceeding $20M, driving project outcomes while further elevating your career.
Key Role responsibilities:
... - Managing the overall success of your project and performance of your project team
- Support in the coordination and execution of Industrial warehouse projects, ensuring adherence to time lines and quality standards.
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- Client and stakeholder engagement
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects for the head contractor on new build industrial projects.
- Experience with and confidence in collaboratively working with your Site Manager to manage large site teams.
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
