As a Project Manager specializing in Optimisation and Archiving, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex ICT projects, transitioning critical systems from ageing infrastructure to future-ready cloud platforms. What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex ICT projects using PRINCE2 or MSP methodologies.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to lead the planning and delivery of enterprise solutions in accordance with established release management processes.
- Monitor, control, and report on project performance, trends, and schedules to ensure high-quality outcomes and benefit realisation.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment through skill sharing and effective resource development.
- Develop essential governance artefacts and business cases to secure funding and support strategic technology roadmaps.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically leading large-scale HR, Payroll, or Finance product suite upgrades.
- Proven expertise in managing complex enterprise software projects, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA, ECC6, or Infor Workforce Management.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, with a preference for PRINCE2, and experience in ICT-related change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key partners in a complex project environment.
- A relevant qualification or accreditation in PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile, or SAFE.
