What You Will Do:
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage project activities to deliver specified outcomes within the required quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Track, monitor, and report on project status, risks, and recommendations to ensuring appropriate governance and reporting requirements are met.
- Manage and prepare complex project communications, including highly sensitive reports, executive briefings, and ministerial correspondence.
- Lead project teams, including product owners and business analysts, to foster a workplace environment focused on performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and respond to project risks using research and analysis skills to ensure the successful delivery of facility technology services.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven success in planning and delivering IT projects, specifically those involving outsourced software development and improved user experience.
- Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycles, demonstrating practical experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- High-level interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes on complex issues.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including business analysts and development teams, to drive high-quality project performance.
- A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, alongside Prince2, TOGAF, or Microsoft technical certifications, is highly regarded.
