My client has secured a legacy-defining mixed-use development right in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. They are looking for a heavy-hitting Project Manager to step in and lead the delivery phase of this landmark build. The Role
This is a high-visibility position. You won't just be "checking boxes"; you will be the driving force ensuring this multi-million dollar residential/mixed-use asset is delivered to an impeccable standard.
Key focuses include:
...End-to-End Delivery: Taking total ownership of the project lifecycle, managing budgets, and hitting critical milestones.
Contractual Rigor: Navigating complex contract administration, variations, and compliance with a sharp commercial eye.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Managing a diverse web of stakeholders—from state government agencies and local councils to private developers and Tier-1 consultants.
High-Level Reporting: Keeping the executive pulse steady with accurate, data-driven project updates.

Adelaide Market Expertise: You have a solid background in built-form projects locally (Commercial, Health, Education, or high-density Residential).

Academic Backing: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
Commercial Savvy: You are an expert in construction delivery processes and aren't afraid to drive hard outcomes through effective communication.
