We are looking for 03 Project Managers ready to dive into high impact projects on 12 months initial engagements in Adelaide. If you're driven by intricate technical challenges, thrive on navigating complex landscapes and are obsessed with delivering tangible, high-value results, this is your chance to step up.

1. Project Manager: Enterprise GIS & Software Upgrades (Immediate Start)

This role requires a Project Manager who can quickly assimilate into an ongoing, highly technical project. You will manage the upgrade and implementation of critical software platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.

Key Deliverables & Experience Required:

• Management of a major Enterprise Geospatial Mapping System Upgrade.
• Experience with Web Application development or builder tool implementation within Geospatial systems, including making crucial product and configuration decisions.
• Overseeing the upgrade of a Core Engineering Data Management System (Vault) from an older version to the latest release
• Management of the corresponding Engineering Application upgrades.
• Proven ability to step into a project mid-way through and quickly grasp the current status, challenges and work required.
• Strong understanding of technical project delivery in a complex enterprise environment is paramount.

2. Project Manager: Document and Content Management Implementation (January Start)

This is a significant, strategic project focused on redefining how the organisation manages its digital content. You will be responsible for both the strategy initiation and the subsequent multi-faceted implementation.

Key Deliverables & Experience Required:

• Leading the development of a new content management roadmap and associated tool selection process.
• Defining and overseeing the architecture, categorisation, security and retention policies for high-value organisational assets (e.g., records, media files, documentation).
• Driving the full implementation of the chosen records and content solution across the business.
• Essential experience in major Records Management, Digital Asset Management, or Information Management projects.
• Strong ability to convert high-level strategy into a detailed, executable delivery plan.

3. Project Manager: Enterprise Mobile and Desktop Experience Foundation (January Start)

A specialised role for a Project Manager with a solid background in SAP implementation, focused on delivering foundational mobile and desktop user experiences.

Key Deliverables & Experience Required:

• Delivery of foundational mobile application deployment designed for core business processes and quick access to essential ERP functions.
• Management of the project establishing the centralised desktop portal/workspace used for daily business interactions within the ERP environment.
• Proven, recent experience as a Project Manager in a major ERP (e.g., SAP) ecosystem is a mandatory requirement.
• A deep understanding of modern ERP user interface (UI/UX) principles and the foundational elements required for seamless cross-device (mobile/desktop) access.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects in an Enterprise environment.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills.
• Expertise in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• The ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and project teams effectively.

Engagement Terms:

• Daily / Hourly Rate: Super / + GST
