The Role
... - Project Engineer looking after a $75m apartment development - Location perfect for someone based on the Gold Coast or Northern NSW
- Manage all on site activities with your site manager - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
- Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for head contractors in commercial construction within Australia (minimum of 5 years)
- Experience delivering projects as a Project Engineer up to $60m
- Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Sound knowledge of structural, finishes and services trades
- Proven experience managing design and quality
