The Project Coordinator will act as the bridge between the old way of working and the new. You aren’t just moving tasks from one department to another; you are redesigning how those tasks function within the directorate while keeping the lights on.

What you will need to exceed
- You should be beyond the "basic user" level. You'll need to know how to set up Automations (e.g., "When status changes to 'Approved', move to Board X and notify Stakeholder Y") and Mirror Columns to connect different directorates' data.
- Experience using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or even Monday’s Canvas to turn vague verbal instructions into clear, step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ability to create Dashboards that serve as "single sources of truth" for leadership, ensuring that every transition step has an audit trail for compliance.
- You should have a track record of moving responsibilities between teams. This includes identifying "process gaps" those small tasks that often get lost when a function changes hands.
- You’ll be dealing with multiple internal teams. Success requires the ability to negotiate timelines without causing friction between the "giving" and "receiving" directorates
Must have
- At least 2–3 years in project coordination, specifically during organizational restructure or system migrations.
- Expert level Monday.com (specifically Workflow Design and Automations).
- Experience producing Evidence-Based Reports for executive-level steering committees.

- Experience in working for government
