With more than 21 years experience in delivering premium projects and being the best in their field, this business is rapidly growing and is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their high performing team.
Your New Role
As the Project Coordinator, your role will focus on coordinating reactive and programmed works across the social housing sector, ensuring their timely completion. You will be reporting into the Contract Manager who is renowned in the business for their supportive and empathetic management style. Note: these are permanent full-time positions.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering customer phone calls and discussing possible solutions.
- Entering customer and job details into the internal database.
- Scheduling the relevant contractors to the job, in a timely manner.
- Providing frequent updates to the customer and contractors.
- Once the job is completed, processing any outstanding invoices.

- Previous Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Administration, Scheduling, Maintenance,
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Passion for helping people and providing high quality customer service.
