Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a leading IT solutions provider in Granville. This is a high-volume, "hands-on" role where you will be the engine room of service delivery, ensuring complex IT asset deployments and logistics contracts are executed flawlessly.
Working under the Service Delivery Team Lead, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service requests, from initial scheduling to final reporting.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you aren’t just "watching" projects; you are driving them. Your day-to-day will include:
Coordinating the job status workflow from submission to closure via the Intero portal.
Reaching out to technicians for onsite calls and arranging carriers for the collection, delivery, and transfer of IT assets.
Creating "Client Reports," managing Sales Orders, and ensuring all Data Erasure/Destruction reports are submitted within 10 working days.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, internal warehouse teams, and field service staff to resolve challenges and provide progress updates.
Flagging scope creep or delivery delays to the Portfolio Manager and maintaining 100% accuracy in client records.
Who You Are
To be successful in this high-volume environment, you will need:
A minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry (IT or Logistics preferred).
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Proven ability to manage project resources, schedules, and competing priorities.
A methodical approach to work but the flexibility to handle high-severity requests and tight SLAs (e.g., 4-hour response times).
