Project Coordinator | Major Infrastructure & Utilities
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Coordinator to join a major infrastructure project. This role is a critical link between office operations and field execution, requiring a professional who can manage high-volume data while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with contractors and stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and audit incoming system work orders to review the scope of work, ensuring all technical requirements are clear before dispatch.
- Select and engage contractors based on a matrix of technical skill sets, geographical location, and current capacity to ensure optimal project coverage.
- Oversee the lifecycle of each work order, conducting daily reviews of progress to ensure milestones are met within strict SLAs.
- Proactively identify potential delays or site risks; escalate issues as needed and negotiate practical solutions with contractors and internal team members.
- Manage system updates with high attention to detail, ensuring all field data, completion notes, and compliance requirements are accurately recorded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, supervisors, and client representatives to drive project alignment and resolve operational queries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a high-volume dispatch, scheduling, or work-order coordination environment is mandatory.
- Experience within Telecommunications or large-scale Utility projects (specifically high-volume field works) is highly advantageous.
- Mid-level IT skills with the ability to navigate internal databases and scheduling software efficiently.
- You must demonstrate high resilience, a drive to remain "curious" when faced with obstacles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
