We’re currently looking for a Project Administrator to jump in and support a busy, fast-moving team.
This role has opened up due to an internal move, so you’ll be stepping into a position that’s already well set up, we just need someone organised, switched on, and ready to hit the ground running.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating meetings (setting up invites, agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions)
- Supporting reporting and helping keep things on track across the team
- Managing inboxes and general admin support
- Keeping documents and SharePoint organised and up to date
- Helping with office coordination (supplies, small events, general support)
- Assisting with invoicing and finance admin when needed
- Supporting calendars, site visits, and general coordination across teams
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in an admin or project support role
- Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook)
- Some exposure to SAP (or similar systems)
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with different stakeholders
- The ability to stay on top of multiple things at once
- A current driver’s licence
Bonus if you’ve worked with finance processes or have a business-related qualification — but not essential.
The role
- 3-month contract (starting ASAP)
- 38 hours per week
- Based in the office in Arundel (close to public transport)
- Potential for extension or something longer-term
The team
You’ll be working with a supportive, down-to-earth team who are pretty busy, so they need someone who can come in, pick things up quickly, and just get stuck in.
Process
- One interview
- Quick turnaround
If you’re someone who likes being the person that keeps everything running smoothly, this will suit you well.
