Introduction:
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Administration Officer on a permanent full-time basis for a recognised commercial organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

You will report to the Project Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Entering invoices in the system
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
- Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
- Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
- 2+ years in the accounting domain OR administration domain
- Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
- MYOB experience is PREFFERED
- Having a proactive and steady approach
