About your new role
The Project Manager Lead will be primarily responsible for establishing and managing a strategic Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to support organisational transformation and strategic objectives. The primary objective is to embed a scalable Enterprise Project Management Framework (EPMF) that aligns project execution with organisational priorities.

What you will need to exceed
... - You must have a proven track record in establishing and leading a Project Management Office.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional project portfolios with a focus on delivery assurance and governance.
- A history of increasing organisational project delivery maturity through active coaching and mentoring.
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource forecasting, and managing procurement or contract activities.
- Advanced skills in designing dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, MS Project, or equivalent software.
- Exceptional engagement skills to build trusted relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organisation.
- The ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and collaborative planning activities.
Must have
- Experience implementing and embedding enterprise-wide project management frameworks (EPMF) across a complex organization.
Desirable
- Experience in working for government
