As a Product Specialist, you will take ownership of the NSW South and ACT territory. You will be responsible for achieving defined sales, volume, and profit targets across public and private hospitals, fertility clinics, and large retail pharmacy sites. This role reports to a supportive State Business Manager who previously managed this exact territory and is well-positioned to mentor you through their deep-rooted connections.Key Duties
Account Management: Execute strategies across Public & Private hospitals (60–70%), Specialist Clinics (IVF & Oncology), and Retail Pharmacy (10%).
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across your relevant sectors.
Commercial Performance: Achieve regional sales targets and KPIs while collaborating with the State Business Manager (NSW/WA) on key initiatives,
Territory Strategy: Manage a robust sales cycle and territory call plan to ensure long-term distribution and volume growth.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights that inform internal strategy and product positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with internal teams including operations, quality, and finance to execute market-leading strategies.
Your Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School certificate.
Experience: Previous sales or business development experience in Retail Pharmacy, Wholesale, Medical Devices, or the Hospital environment is highly advantageous
Territory Management: Proven experience managing a territory and a willingness to travel as required.
Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen with a competitive mindset and a genuine desire to succeed.
Communication: Ability to detail technical pharmaceutical products and present clearly to senior management.
