Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating market needs and business objectives into clear, detailed product requirements.
- Commercial Management: Own the product P&L, including developing robust business cases for new product investments and managing pricing and margin control to maximize profitability.
- Market & Data Insights: Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analysis, leveraging data insights to inform product decisions, identify whitespace opportunities, and forecast sales.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from concept through to successful market launch, ensuring all cross-functional teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Sales) are aligned.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product expert and internal evangelist, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to develop effective launch strategies and training materials.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years of proven Product Management experience in a consumer durables environment, ideally within home appliances, kitchenware, or consumer electronics.
- Demonstrated experience managing a full product lifecycle and a sizable product, portfolio (e.g., 50+ SKUs or $X Million revenue responsibility).
- Strong financial literacy with experience in margin management, pricing strategy, and developing strong business cases.
- Exceptional ability to use data analysis and market research to drive strategic product decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
