Procurement Manager - Compliance, Governance and Risk Are you an expert in Procurement governance, risk, and compliance? Randstad's client, a key public sector body, is seeking a high-calibre Procurement Manager to champion a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour within their Corporate Services Group. The role is a 3-6 month contract. The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end risk and compliance needs for procurement. This is a critical role focused on maintaining a robust, auditable governance framework, managing the procurement risk register, and ensuring adherence to Victorian government requirements and best practice standards. Key deliverables include driving engagement strategies, managing policy and codes of behaviour, and maintaining Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) accreditation. About You:
- 5+ years in Procurement leadership (or 8+ years in transformation roles).
- Proven experience in procurement governance, risk, and compliance activities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, best practice frameworks, and end-to-end procurement processes (S2C, SRM, P2P).
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
