About the Role
This is a hands-on, vital role where you will be operating our new plant and equipment and ensuring our specialized materials are processed to the highest standards.
Your day-to-day will involve:
... Operating semi-automated equipment and managing material handling.
General warehouse functions, including goods receipt and dispatch.
Forklift operation (a current High Risk Work license is essential!).
Cleaning, cutting, and repackaging of stock.
Sorting materials for quality and grade to meet customer specifications.
You'll play an integral part in the processing department, ensuring material quality and efficiency are top-notch!
What You'll Bring to the Team

The Essentials:
Unrestricted legal right to live and work in Australia.
A current High Risk Work license (for forklift operation).
A strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)—you’ll be a key part of developing our safety culture!
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and manual skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points (Ideal Skills):
Previous experience in process work, especially within the metals or manufacturing industries.

Good numeracy and computer literacy skills.
