Role Requirements and Key Selection Criteria:
- VIT Registration: Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) is mandatory. 
- Curriculum Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to plan, assess, and deliver engaging programs across all learning areas, aligned with the Victorian Curriculum (Prep to Year 6). 
- Willingness to be Flexible: Readiness to teach any Primary Year Level from Foundation to Year 6. 
- Positive Classroom Culture: Proven capacity to maintain calm, structured, and positive classroom management through predictable routines and high expectations. 
- Team Player: A commitment to collaborative planning and professional development within a team-based structure.
