Exceptional Behaviour Management: You possess strong, positive, and proactive strategies for managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a focused and respectful learning environment for all 23 students. Experience with various behaviour management frameworks is highly valued.
Relationship Building Expertise: You are adept at building genuine, trusting, and strong relationships with young children. You understand that connecting with students is the foundation for engagement and academic growth, especially within the Grade 5 and 6 cohort.
